Happy Monday. Boy o boy does it feel like a Monday. Everyone seems to be out of it, walking zombies almost. Oh well, at least the sun is shining and the birds are chirping.
This past weekend I got to see my family for Mother's Day. It was nice to go home, get some stuff done, and visit with them. The four of us went out to brunch on Sunday, and I think my Mom had an enjoyable day and was very happy to see her daughters.
Danny had a game on Saturday that went very well. With rocking the pitching and getting a home run, it was great groundwork for a winning game. I eagerly awaited to hear about his game and was thrilled that it went so well. I know how great that must of felt for him. Afterwards, his parents, who were in Columbus, were able to visit and enjoy an early Mother's Day with him. Saturday night Danny went out with some friends and enjoyed an evening downtown. I know he had a lot of fun out with his friends. I, on the otherhand, enjoyed some of his tipsy texts. ;)
This week begins my "crunch time, hell week." Tonight I am showing my apartment to some subleashers so fingers and toes crossed. The remainder of the week will be spent working and packing. I am trying to not let my procrastination kick in. If I can pack, schedule movers, set up the cancellation and start of services, etc etc, I will be a-okay. Wish me luck. :-)
Wish us luck as we make it through this crazy, wonderful month. I hope everyone is looking forward to Summer! I will also be posting pictures of the house as soon as I can.
Love,
Sarah & Danny
